1. Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded via the website https://vjravens-books.ch (hereinafter "Website").

2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1. The presentation of products on the Website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. 2.2. By clicking the "Buy Now" / "Complete Purchase" button, the customer is directed to the Amazon page of the book and can place a binding order for the items in their shopping cart. 2.3. A contract is only concluded when we confirm the order via email or dispatch the goods directly (on request).
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF). 3.2. Unless otherwise stated, prices include Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable. 3.3. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately during the checkout process. 3.4. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, TWINT, etc.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1. Physical Books: We exceptionally deliver directly to addresses within Switzerland [and abroad, if applicable]. Delivery times are estimates and start from the receipt of payment.
4.2. Digital Products (eBooks): Digital content is made available for download or sent via email immediately after payment confirmation. 4.3. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. Swiss Law: Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (return period) for distance selling. 5.2. Voluntary Return Policy:
- As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a [14]-day return period for physical books in their original, unused condition. The customer bears the shipping costs for returns. returns are only accepted after e-mail confirmation from the website. 5.3. Exclusion: There is no right of return for digital products (eBooks) once the download has started or the access link has been sent.
6. Warranty and Liability for Defects
6.1. The statutory warranty period for defects is two years. 6.2. The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt. Any defects must be reported to us in writing (email is sufficient) within 5 business days. 6.3. If a defect exists, we will either provide a replacement or a full/partial refund at our discretion.
